Maintenance Technician

Responsible for supporting the maintenance and repair of the District’s facilities, including the Frank Wilson Memorial EMS Building (20% of time), 535 Market Street Administrative Offices (10% of time), and Village at the Harbor (70% of time). Work with other assigned staff and contractors to support facility and grounds maintenance. Groundwork is also supported by outside contractors.

This includes tasks such as: facility repairs, pressure washing, painting, carpentry, landscaping, grounds work, and other general maintenance. This position reports to the Superintendent and works regularly with the department heads of the District.

Medication Technician, Night Shift

The Medication Technician’s role is to maintain current, “on hold” and backup medications for each resident, to maintain medication records and other documentation and to provide medications to residents for self-administration, fostering at all times residents’ independence and freedom of choice, remembering residents needs and adapting to daily changes. Pay starts at $20-22/hour.

Resident Assistant (RA), Night Shift

Resident Assistants provide supportive services, including physical, emotional and social support on a 24-hr basis. Full or part-time positions available, pay starts at $18-21/hour.
